Speaking on these spate of interesting development in the company, which also includes the appointment of Nancy Chavi as Editor-in-chief of Travels & Thrills magazine, and the re-launch of the company’s website, Chief Executive, Omoniyi David said these are definitive indications of the goals of the company for 2026 and onward.
“Having Jumoke onboard is something we are all excited about. She is a calm and dedicated professional, and I believe she has valuable things to share with our growing audience. The front desk is an important place, especially in the hospitality industry. What transpires at the front desk usually sets the mood of your stay at a property.
“This is an important fact that many lower cadre properties need to understand. The big hotel chains know this and the give their staff proper training on customer service and etiquette, but many small properties are often penny-pinching to bother about it. However, they can learn a thing or two that can help their business from people like Jumoke who share valuable tips online.”
On 2 January 2026, More Cream Than Coffee announced the appointment of a new Editor-in-chief for its magazine. This was subsequently followed by the re-launch of the website, where Front Desk with Jummy will debut officially on Thursday 15 January 2026.
Fun facts: Jumoke dreams of exploring Santorini and Zanzibar, believes good service can fix almost anything, and will never say no to a well-prepared plate of rice.
